About
I'm a Business Administration student at Robert Morris University specializing in Management with a minor in Legal Studies, graduating in December 2026. My journey through HR and legal internships has given me hands-on experience implementing AI solutions, streamlining recruitment processes, and building employee programs from the ground up.
At Logistics Plus Inc., I work across both HR and Legal departments, implementing AI software, enhancing HRIS systems, and recruiting talent nationwide. Previously at Barber National Institute, I managed employee benefits and developed new HR processes. This blend of practical experience drives my passion for helping organizations optimize their workforce strategies.
As President of the Society for Human Resource Management chapter at RMU and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (top 10% of business students), I'm committed to advancing the HR profession while bringing fresh perspectives on AI, compliance, and people operations.
